The Grief Support Circle is a gentle, supportive space for individuals navigating loss, anticipatory grief, or the emotional weight of caregiving.
This six-week series offers a place to slow down, be heard, and connect with others who understand what it means to carry grief. Each session is guided with compassion and care, allowing participants to share, reflect, or simply listen—at their own pace.

Meet the Facilitator: Gabriela Böhm
Gabriela Böhm is an end-of-life doula who supports individuals and families through the transitions of dying, loss, and grief with presence, compassion, and care. Her own experience with stage IV melanoma shaped her deep belief in the healing power of being truly seen and supported during times of fear and uncertainty.
Born in Argentina to Holocaust survivors, Gabriela later lived in Israel before settling in the United States. This tri-cultural journey informs her inclusive approach, honoring every story, tradition, and way of grieving. With a background in art, filmmaking, education, program management, and bodywork, she brings creativity, empathy, and thoughtful guidance to each circle she leads.
Through her Grief Support Circles, Gabriela fosters safe, welcoming spaces where participants can share openly, find community, and discover comfort and meaning in the midst of loss.
There is no requirement to speak, no expectation to perform healing, and no pressure to move at a certain pace.
You Don’t Have to Carry Grief Alone
This Grief Support Circle is open to anyone seeking a structured yet gentle space to engage with grief over time. If you are looking for a place to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand the complexity of loss, you are welcome to join.
