DESCRIPTION:The Grief Support Circle is a gentle\, supportive space for ind
 ividuals navigating loss\, anticipatory grief\, or the emotional weight of
  caregiving.\nThis six-week series offers a place to slow down\, be heard\
 , and connect with others who understand what it means to carry grief. Eac
 h session is guided with compassion and care\, allowing participants to sh
 are\, reflect\, or simply listen—at their own pace.\nYou are welcome exa
 ctly as you are. There are no expectations\, no pressure to speak\, and no
  judgment—only shared presence and understanding.\n\nWhat Participation 
 May Include\n\n 	\nGentle practices to support emotional regulation and gr
 ounding\n\n 	\nOpportunities for reflection\, sharing\, or quiet presence\
 n\n 	\nThoughtful prompts that invite self-awareness and care\n\n 	\nAtten
 tive listening within a respectful\, confidential group setting\n\n 	\nA s
 ense of rhythm and connection built over multiple weeks\n\n\nThere is no r
 equirement to speak\, no expectation to perform healing\, and no pressure 
 to move at a certain pace.\n\n\n\n\nFormat &amp\; Schedule\n\n 	\n6-week v
 irtual series\n\n 	\n90-minute sessions - from 6 pm to 7:30 pm\n\n 	\nMeet
 s weekly from March 4 through April 15 (No session on April 1)\n\n 	\nMini
 mum of 5 participants - encouraged to attend all sessions\n\n 	\nRegistra
 tion closes after Session 2 to preserve continuity and group safety\n\n\n\
 n\n\nMeet the Facilitator: Gabriela Böhm\nGabriela Böhm is an end-of-lif
 e doula who supports individuals and families through the transitions of d
 ying\, loss\, and grief with presence\, compassion\, and care. Her own exp
 erience with stage IV melanoma shaped her deep belief in the healing power
  of being truly seen and supported during times of fear and uncertainty.\n
 Born in Argentina to Holocaust survivors\, Gabriela later lived in Israel 
 before settling in the United States. This tri-cultural journey informs he
 r inclusive approach\, honoring every story\, tradition\, and way of griev
 ing. With a background in art\, filmmaking\, education\, program managemen
 t\, and bodywork\, she brings creativity\, empathy\, and thoughtful guidan
 ce to each circle she leads.\nThrough her Grief Support Circles\, Gabriela
  fosters safe\, welcoming spaces where participants can share openly\, fin
 d community\, and discover comfort and meaning in the midst of loss.\nTher
 e is no requirement to speak\, no expectation to perform healing\, and no 
 pressure to move at a certain pace.\n\n\n\n\nYou Don’t Have to Carry Gri
