Grief touches all of us in different ways. Sometimes it begins long before a loss, as we care for someone we love. Other times, it arrives quietly after they’re gone. No matter where you are on that journey, grief can feel heavy, confusing, and tender all at once.
Our Grief Support Circle offers a safe, caring, and nonjudgmental space to move through this process together. Whether you’re mourning a loss or supporting a loved one through illness, you’ll find comfort in being part of a community that truly understands. Each week, we gather to listen, share, and hold space for one another with compassion and gentleness. A trained facilitator will guide the group, offering presence, understanding, and emotional support along the way.
All are welcome. No judgment. No expectations. Just a space to be exactly as you are.
Format:
- 6-week series
- 90-minute sessions
- Meets once per week (TBD, Wednesday or Thursday evenings, 6:00–7:30 PM)
- Minimum of 5 participants
- Participants are encouraged to attend all sessions

What to Expect:
- Simple, grounding practices to support your body and heart
- Space to share your story (only if you feel comfortable)
- Gentle tools for self-care and emotional balance

- A sense of connection and belonging through shared experience
Together, we’ll create a space of understanding, where healing happens in the company of others who care.
Meet the Facilitator – Gabriela Böhm
I am an end-of-life doula who guides individuals and families through the sacred transitions of dying, loss, and grief with care, presence, and compassion. My own encounter with stage IV melanoma taught me the profound healing power of being truly seen, heard, and supported in times of fear and uncertainty.
Born in Argentina to Holocaust survivors, I emigrated to Israel as a teenager and later settled in the United States — a tri-cultural journey that has shaped my belief in honoring every story, tradition, and way of grieving. With a background in art, filmmaking, education, program management, and bodywork, I bring creativity, empathy, and cross-cultural understanding to every circle I lead.
Through my Grief Support Circles, I create safe, inclusive spaces where people can share their experiences, find community, and discover meaning and comfort in the midst of loss.
