Orange Hospice brings hospice care to the place a person already lives — a private home, an assisted living community, or a skilled nursing facility. Our published service area covers Orange County, Los Angeles County, and Riverside County. Orange County and Los Angeles County each have a page per listed community; Riverside County is covered at county level, with no city list published.
Two ways to reach us
- Patients and families: call (714) 790-0594 to talk through what is happening and what comes next. You do not need a referral to ask a question.
- Discharge planners, physicians, and facility staff: use the professional referral line. Families transferring a patient from another hospice can send a transfer request.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm at the Buena Park office on the contact page. Existing patients and families also have the 24/7 phone line for urgent needs described in the care information below.
