During the most difficult time in our lives, the team at Orange Hospice provided incredible support, kindness, and professionalism. We had reached out to them as we were making the decision to discontinue our mother’s chemotherapy. Orange Hospice had come highly recommended to us and having a Korean speaker was important for us, so we chose to entrust Orange Hospice with our mom’s care.Everything happened very quickly for us. Our mother’s condition deteriorated so quickly, but Orange Hospice was with us each step of the way. They worked at lightning speed to bring in a hospital bed, an oxygen machine, and other medical equipment and supplies that our mom might need. Medicines were delivered quickly as well. They took the time to listen to our mom’s condition and needs, were available to us around the clock, and answered phone calls and messages even during night time and early mornings.From the very beginning, they treated our mom and our entire family with dignity, patience, and compassion. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt informed, supported, and comforted every step of the way. We are especially grateful to Ms. Park who arranged everything for us and got us registered so quickly, and Nurse Natt who always took the time to listen, answer questions, and ensure our mom was comfortable. Our mom was under Orange Hospice’s care for not even one week. When she passed, Natt came to our house immediately, and her presence was a huge source of comfort for us.We are deeply grateful for everything Orange Hospice did for our family. We will always remember their warmth and kindness.

I'm not one to write reviews but feel that I needed to write this one for Orange Hospice because it was google and the reviews that led me to them.I was unfamiliar with the end of life process and originally had my mother under the care of a different hospice company that was recommended to me by her assisted living facility. I soon felt that she wasn't getting the care that she needed and switched to Orange Hospice. The care that Orange Hospice provided for my family and my mom was really above and beyond and I learned that not all hospice services are the same. They were so informative and took time to explain everything to me and answer every one of my countless phone calls and questions with care and respect. The nurses were top notch and professional yet personal and caring. They were compassionate, and kind and they went above their duties to take care of my mother. I feel that every nurse, and team member from Orange Hospice were heaven sent to us. I want to especially thank Nat, who really went out of her way to make sure that my mother was never alone during the her final days. I also want to add that I'm Korean American and my mother is Korean, I was looking for a Hospice Service that could communicate with my mother in Korean and with me in English, Orange Hospice provided that for us as well. Through volunteering with Orange Hospice, I truly can see how much they care for their patients. All the staff were nice answering all the questions that we had regardless how many times we called. They went over the process multiple times until we are fully comfortable. They also collaborated with Woodbridge Pharmacy to expedite the medication delivery services. I highly recommend to everyone who are considering hospice care for their loving ones. Quiero expresar mi más profundo gracias a Orange Hospice por dar los mejores cuidados a mi abuelita durante sus últimas semanas. Desde el momento q ellos nos brindaron sus servicios estaba claro q querían garantizar la comodidad y dignidad de mi abuelita. Todo el equipo fue muy amables y profesionales y se nota la compasión q cada uno tiene. Las enfermeras eran muy atentas y cariñosas y siempre iban más allá para asegurarse q mi abuelita se sintiera lo más cómoda posible. El equipo también nos apoyó emocionalmente, y ofrecieron consuelo y orientación a cada paso. Gracias a ellos pudo morir en paz rodeada de amor y familia y en su propio hogar. 예상보다는 짧았던 3주였지만 최대한 통증 없이 잘 보살펴 주신 호스피스 선생님들, 자원봉사자분들께 깊은 감사드립니다.자원봉사자, 닥터, 간호사님 외 모든 스탭분들의 따뜻한 마음과 세심한 배려를 짧은 시간에도 충분히 느낄 수 있었습니다.그리고 저희가족들에게 해주신 따뜻한 말들 덕분에 모두 마음을 추스리고 가시는 길 잘 보내드릴 수 있었다고 합니다.또한 환자를 대함에 있어 병을 해결하고자 하는 목적의식이 강했습니다. 하지만 말기 암 환자의 가족으로서 짧게나마 지내보고, 또 의료진, 자원봉사자분들을 뵈면서 환자나 보호자에게 따뜻하게 말 한마디 건네는 것과, 마음을 쓰는 것이 치료 못지않게 중요하다는 것을 느꼈습니다.다시 한 번, 편안히 떠나실 수 있도록 도와주신 오랜지호스피스 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사의 마음을 전하며, 그 헌신적인 노력에 항상 응원과 존경을 보냅니다.

I positive .my Aunt would have never received the level of care that Orange Hospice has provided. I only need to text Nat and literally within hours I have whatever meds, weekly texts from.the urses in detail listing all her vitals, her conversation , her well.being alert etc. I.consider myself and our family extremely fortunate to.have been provided this level of care. Believe I have heard horror stories from my friends concerning their loved ones. My Aunt just celebrated her 96th birthday omOctober 18th. That would not have been possible withoutOrange Hospice. A shout out to Kathy for her detsiled weekly assessments . You have definitely extended her life. Thanks to all of you
