I'm not one to write reviews but feel that I needed to write this one for Orange Hospice because it was google and the reviews that led me to them.I was unfamiliar with the end of life process and originally had my mother under the care of a different hospice company that was recommended to me by her assisted living facility. I soon felt that she wasn't getting the care that she needed and switched to Orange Hospice. The care that Orange Hospice provided for my family and my mom was really above and beyond and I learned that not all hospice services are the same. They were so informative and took time to explain everything to me and answer every one of my countless phone calls and questions with care and respect. The nurses were top notch and professional yet personal and caring. They were compassionate, and kind and they went above their duties to take care of my mother. I feel that every nurse, and team member from Orange Hospice were heaven sent to us. I want to especially thank Nat, who really went out of her way to make sure that my mother was never alone during the her final days. I also want to add that I'm Korean American and my mother is Korean, I was looking for a Hospice Service that could communicate with my mother in Korean and with me in English, Orange Hospice provided that for us as well. Thank you Orange Hospice.

Through volunteering with Orange Hospice, I truly can see how much they care for their patients. All the staff were nice answering all the questions that we had regardless how many times we called. They went over the process multiple times until we are fully comfortable. They also collaborated with Woodbridge Pharmacy to expedite the medication delivery services. I highly recommend to everyone who are considering hospice care for their loving ones. Desde el momento q ellos nos brindaron sus servicios estaba claro q querían garantizar la comodidad y dignidad de mi abuelita. I've worked as a nurse for quite some time, and I'm a passionate home care nurse. I've worked for many different home health and hospice agencies, and one of my favorite agencies to work with is Orange Hospice. I truly admire their philosophy of reaching out to the community and listening to what people say about what they want for their care. Moreover, they do put their patients as a top priority, and I see the difference that they are making in other people's lives. I positive .my Aunt would have never received the level of care that Orange Hospice has provided. I only need to text Nat and literally within hours I have whatever meds, weekly texts from.the urses in detail listing all her vitals, her conversation , her well.being alert etc. I.consider myself and our family extremely fortunate to.have been provided this level of care. Believe I have heard horror stories from my friends concerning their loved ones. My Aunt just celebrated her 96th birthday omOctober 18th. That would not have been possible withoutOrange Hospice.
